Ignored & Insulted: How a 'Stuck-Up' Salesperson Drove Me to a Competitor! 😤
My recent visit to this store quickly turned into a terrible experience, compelling me to share my story as a cautionary tale. I initially noticed their "Nice selection" of items, but was then met with a "super stuck up hypocritical sales person." They were so nice when I was looking at watches, but didn't even bother to respond or say goodbye when I left. This complete lack of basic courtesy was astonishing and frankly, insulting. It left such a sour taste that I immediately went and bought a nice watch at CH Jewelers next door, where I found "better selection, better customer service." This level of unprofessionalism was so frustrating, I knew I had to leave a review and speak to customer service about it.
Customer: I am extremely upset about the service I received at your store today. CS Rep: I'm truly sorry to hear that. Please, tell me what happened during your visit. Customer: I was looking at watches, and the salesperson seemed pleasant enough at first. But the moment I decided not to buy anything, they completely ignored me. No goodbye, no acknowledgement as I walked out. It was incredibly rude and dismissive. CS Rep: That sounds very frustrating, and I apologize that you felt disregarded. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Could you describe the associate, or recall their name, so I can address this internally? Customer: I don't remember a name, but the impression was of a "super stuck up hypocritical sales person." Their attitude just drove me straight to your competitor next door, where I actually made a purchase. CS Rep: I understand completely. Your feedback is very important, and we take this seriously.
